Mike Pullen
Mike Pullen is head of international trade and public affairs at DLA Piper. He specialises in European Union and public international law, competition law and investigations. He is ranked by Legal 500 as a leading competition lawyer and he is also ranked in areas such as public international law and public affairs and trade. He advised a number of Eastern European governments on their accession to the EU. More recently he advised the government of Libya on the free trade agreement negotiations with the EU and he has provided a report for the government of Qatar regarding allegations of human rights violations in respect of migrant workers. Mike also advises major corporations on investigations into areas such as competition/anti-trust, sanctions, export control, bribery and corruption, and breaches of cyber security and ethics. He has acted for a number of governments advising on a mixture of law and strategic communications. He is an English solicitor and a member of the New York Bar. He is also a board member of the Arab British Chamber of Commerce and has a strong interest in the Middle East.
